Hej , we gonna talk again about Denmark..during my stay in Denamrk i have discovered an interesting thing....
Do you know that store called "Tiger"? Did you know it is a danish brand?
Everybody pronunce it like T(ai)ger, but you have to know is not the right pronunciaton of it, cause there s an interesting reason.
In Denmark, in that store the prices are 10 kr ( crown) and in danish the number 10 is "ti", so the derivation of the name Tiger...the g in Danish is with no sound sometimes so the right pronunciation is Ti'er.
I have just let you know that they also say T(ai)ger cause they can gets confused during a speech!
Can any Danish confirm this? ;)
Hej hej (it's "bye" in Danish)
Vi ses!
